What South Bay says

about working with me.

Edward A.
Real Estate Investor
I had a great experience with Alejandra, a highly professional and accommodating notary who truly saved the day! As a property investor, I urgently needed a point of sale document notarized to finalize a house sale in Cleveland, Ohio. Alejandra stepped up with incredible same-day service, ensuring everything was handled swiftly and correctly. Her availability is unmatched, and she’s willing to travel, which made the process seamless. Beyond her efficiency, Alejandra is super sweet and a pleasure to work with. She truly saved me, and I can’t recommend her highly enough for anyone needing reliable notary services!

We had such a great experience working with our mobile notary, Alejandra! She was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. Super friendly, punctual, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and easy to work with- we would absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone in need of notary services!

General Notary Client
Alejandra is very pleasant and professional. My wife and I were introduced to her by our bank as a notary service for a financial transaction. We had such a great experience with her that we used her again; albeit, independent of our bank. We highly recommend her. She is very accommodating, punctual and respectful. She’ll be our go to mobile notary service for now own.

FAQ

Questions

Everything you need to know before booking.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. For real estate closings and loan signings, I recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability, though I do my best to accommodate urgent requests. Text or call for fastest response.

A current, government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Make sure it’s not expired. If you’re having documents notarized on behalf of someone else, you may need additional authorization paperwork. I’ll confirm everything when you book.

Yes — this is one of the most important things I do. I regularly visit hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living centers for trust documents, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. I approach these appointments with extra care and patience.

An apostille authenticates a document for international use in countries that recognize the Hague Convention. I’ll review your document, certify or prepare what’s needed, and submit to the California Secretary of State on your behalf. Processing typically takes 5–15 business days depending on the method.

Fees vary based on service type, number of signatures, and travel distance. California state law caps the notary fee at $15 per signature. Loan signing packages are priced separately. Contact me for a quick, transparent quote — no surprises.

Sí. I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish. I can explain documents, answer questions, and guide signers through the entire process in Spanish. This is especially important for trust documents, powers of attorney, and any signing where full comprehension matters.

Absolutely — working with escrow officers and title companies is a significant part of my business. I’m NNA Certified, LSS trained, background screened, and carry $1M in E&O insurance. I understand closing timelines and communicate proactively throughout every signing.
