Rates vary based on service type, document complexity, and travel distance. Most loan signings range from $250–$300, trust deliveries start at $250+, and general notary fees begin at $15 per signature plus $50+ travel. We’re happy to provide a custom quote.

All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. If a signer cannot provide acceptable ID, we’ll walk you through alternative options such as credible witnesses.
An apostille certifies that a document issued in the U.S. is valid for use in another country. We offer apostille facilitation to streamline this process, especially for estate, legal, and international business paperwork.
